That depends! We normally don’t like to tell people exactly which gear they should purchase, as everyone has different wants and needs. But we can certainly offer suggestions according to the type of photography you do, your budget, and your skill level to help you navigate through your decisions. Unfortunately, we do not print artwork other than our own. However, we highly recommend Bay Photo. They do a great job, and you don’t have to be a professional photographer to place an order.
We do a limited number of photo shoots each year depending on our availability. If you are interested in booking a photo shoot, please reach out to us at hello@nikatiandco.com, or via our website contact page.
While we do not offer web design services per se, we can coach you as you build your own website, and hop in and troubleshoot with you if you get stuck. Please visit our coaching page for more information.
Order Questions
We are based in Nashville Tennessee, and all of our print lab and framing shop partners are located in the United States. We create our digital products ourselves right here in Tennessee.
Thank you for your interest in our work! We offer two ways to purchase our prints. You may online print shop (powered by Shopify) to order the most popular print styles we sell. We use a secure shopping cart, and we do not sell your personal information.
You may also purchase custom prints by filling out the custom order inquiry form on our order custom fine art prints web page. If you are unsure of exactly what type of print you are looking for, that is fine. We are happy to work with you to find a piece of artwork that you will love for years to come!

We certainly do! If you have something in mind, but don’t see it on our website, please contact us at hello@nikatiandco.com or fill out a custom order inquiry form. We have a relationship with many print labs and frame companies, and we feel certain we can find just what you are looking for.
Absolutely! Just put your framer’s name and address in as the shipping address, and we will send your print directly to your framer.
Note: We recommend that you speak to your framer to see how they would like us to prepare your print prior to purchase. Do they prefer a border around the image or no border? Would they like us to mount the print to any particular type of backing, or will they take care of that? If there is specific print customization that your framer requires, you may reach out to us via our custom order form and will send you a quote for your print with the preparation that meets your framer’s specifications.
We do not use real glass when we frame a print, and yes, the acrylic we use is just as good as, and in many ways better than, real glass. Many museums actually use acrylic instead of real glass too, as broken glass can cause great harm a priceless piece of art.
We have selected Tru Vue® Conservation Reflection Control® Acrylic as our go-to glazing. This conservation-grade acrylic glazing offers many advantages over glass: it is much lighter than glass, it is shatter resistant and therefore safer for people, pets, and your artwork, it is more optically accurate as it lacks the green tint that glass has, it meets ISO 18902 photo-safe standards, and it blocks 99% of UV light rays to keep your print from fading. This is high-quality glazing – not the inexpensive acrylic you might associate with pre-built frames.
No. We add our watermark to the photos on our website to protect them against copyright infringement. Your print will not have a watermark on it.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship prints (physical products) to all US states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses . We hope to add international shipping destinations in future. Please subscribe to our mailing list if you would like to be notified as new shipping destinations become available.
Most orders require anywhere from 3-9 business days for processing prior to shipping, depending on the product you ordered. Some specialty prints (metal, acrylic) or custom-framed items may take longer to process prior to shipping. Please keep in mind that because processing times vary by product, and we want to get your order items to you as quickly as possible, you may receive your order in more than one shipment.
Please read the processing time estimates in our product descriptions carefully prior to placing your order.
We ship our items via USPS, UPS, and FedEx so shipping times vary depending on your choice of carrier. You may also have the option of choosing an expedited shipping method at checkout if you would like to receive your order more quickly, depending on your shipping address and the products you are ordering.
Once your order ships, we will notify you with your order tracking numbers and expected (but not guaranteed) delivery times. Please keep in mind, that during busy times of the year, shipping carriers may experience additional delays.

We do not produce the products in our online shops until your order them – all of the clothing we sell is made just for you. Therefore, we do not offer full refunds if you ordered a clothing item in the wrong size. However, you may return the item to us and we will offer you a partial refund, or you may keep the item and order a replacement at a discounted price, as long as you contact us within 30 days of placing your order. Please see our CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS policy for detailed information.

No worries! It happens to the best of us. If you provided a shipping address that is incorrect or insufficient for delivery according to the shipping carrier, or if you fail to claim your shipment in the allotted time and it is returned to us, we will provide you with the choice of receiving a replacement or a partial refund. If you choose the replacement option, you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of the original order being returned to us and reshipped to you.

Digital Products
Yes! Because customers can download files from almost anywhere in the world these days, we sell our digital products internationally. We also accept payment in several different currencies.
Due to the nature of digitally delivered images, digital products, and ebooks, all digital item sales are final. You will not receive a refund for any digital images and digital products once you have downloaded them. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you experience any issues with the product files, or if you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us at support@nikatiandco.com so we can help.
